31 Day Comment Challenge - Day 7

For today's activity in the 31 Day Comment Challenge I have to summarize my learning from the challenge so far, in three points.

• Think before you speak
• Be strategic and constructive about what you say and how you ask questions
  
• Be polite and do not be tempted to be sucked into negative arguments

I have noticed that I do not like conflict and am quick to back down if I am challenged. What I feel I need to do is work out the balance between behaving in a way that is professional and meets my self-imposed expectations about being a role model yet maintain my personal integrity.
